Dave Wilkes

Dave has lived in Dormansland for the past 20 years. He is married to Debbie and has two adult children, and three grandchildren.

Before retiring, Dave worked full-time as a designer and programmer for commercial business systems, primarily in the newspaper industry, including roles at The Independent and the Financial Times.

He is now able to devote time and energy to supporting the residents of Lingfield and Crowhurst.

Dave has been a member of Lingfield Running Club for 19 years and serves as the Membership Secretary for the Victoria Sports & Social Club in Lingfield.

Richard Fowler

Richard is a retired Building Services Engineer, married to Anne, with two adult children. He has lived in the district since 1991. In May 2024 he was elected to Tandridge District Council representing Bletchingley & Nutfield ward. His particular concern is maintaining the character of our villages whilst delivering high quality, appropriate and affordable houses where they are needed, and with the necessary infrastructure. He is on the Planning Policy Committee and the Planning Committee.
