Perry Chotai

Perry spent over 20 years working In Switzerland for blue chip pharmaceutical companies. He has extensive business experience and expertise in change management.  In 2011 he returned to the UK to join his family in Warlingham. Since returning to the UK, he served as a Governor of Warlingham Village Primary School for 2 years, and has been a Tandridge District Councillor for Warlingham East, Chelsham and Farleigh since 2022, and a Warlingham Parish Councillor since May 2024, contributing to local life in Warlingham, Chelsham and Farleigh.  He is also a member of the Warlingham Library and Warlingham Sports Club management committees.

Perry is keen to contribute his expertise to Surrey County Council especially in financial management and improving accountability and efficiency. With new proposals from Government which will affect Surrey, he believes his expertise and local knowledge will be valuable in shaping strategies particularly for social care.
